The Woman Lab was created by someone who has spent almost a decade sitting on the other side of the table.
I am Diana Castillo — a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with nearly 10 years of experience recruiting across Europe, the US, Latin America and Asia Pacific for companies like Nike, Eurovision and LaLiga. I have reviewed thousands of CVs, conducted hundreds of interviews, and built recruitment strategies from the ground up for some of the most recognised organisations in the world.
I bring to The Woman Lab everything I have learned from years inside the hiring process: how decisions are actually made, what recruiters and hiring managers are really looking for, and what makes a professional profile impossible to ignore.
I know this market. And I know what it takes to move through it with confidence.
I built The Woman Lab because I wanted to show women what they are capable of. I want to help them realise how powerful they are and to recognise the place they very much deserve in the working world.
I believe every woman deserves a career that reflects who she actually is — not a version of herself she has shrunk to fit somewhere.
